These virtual coaching sessions are a natural next step if you:

In coaching, we focus on your home, your habits, and how your brain works within your environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m embarrassed about the state of my home. Will you judge me?

Not at all. We work compassionately and at your pace, without judgment.

Do I need to tidy up before you come?

No — it’s important we see a true reflection of your home so we can help you. We come with no judgement and have seen it all before.

What storage solutions do I need to buy before our session?

None — we won’t know what you need until we’ve decluttered. Often, we can find solutions within your own home that are suitable.

Will you put pressure on me to get rid of things?

Never. You are always in control of what you keep or let go of.

Do you take items away?

Yes — we can take up to a car load of donations for recycling or charities of your choice.

Will you share photographs of my home?

No — all decluttering and organising sessions are completely confidential, unless you give explicit consent.

How long does a decluttering session last?

As long as you wish. If you feel you’ve made as many decisions as you can, the session will end and any remaining paid time can carry forward to your next session.

What if I become emotional during a decluttering session?

Decluttering can often be both emotional and uplifting. We may cry with you, but we’ll laugh with you too. Our approach is empathetic, supportive, and yes — we provide the tissues!
