ADHD Coaching with a Professional Organiser
Compassionate, ADHD-affirming support for overwhelm, focus, clutter, and daily life
Hello & welcome. I’m so happy you’re here. I’m Caroline, an ADHD Coach based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
I work virtually with adult ADHD clients who want to understand themselves better and make meaningful changes in their personal and / or professional lives.
I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can explore your challenges, understand yourself better and build on your strengths.
We’ll work together, at your pace, to find practical strategies and approaches that make everyday life easier and feel realistic, achievable and sustainable for you.
If you’ve found this page, there’s a good chance you’re not struggling because you “don’t care” or “can’t be bothered.”
It’s usually the opposite – you care so much, you just don’t know where to begin.
Let me help you to stop fighting your brain and start working with it, to discover your full potential.
ADHD Coaching for Overwhelm, Focus, and Organisation
If you’re diagnosed with ADHD, self-identify, or recognise ADHD traits in yourself, life can sometimes feel relentless.
- Too many decisions.
- Too many half-finished tasks.
- Constant visual noise.
- Things building up faster than you can reset them.
You might feel on top of things at work but at home feel overwhelmed by clutter, home organisation, paperwork, or day-to-day admin.
Spending all day thinking about what needs doing… and still feeling stuck.
You are not alone.
There is nothing “wrong” with you.
You don’t need fixing – you need support that fits your brain.

How ADHD Coaching Can Help You
ADHD coaching is an opportunity to understand yourself better, recognise your strengths and find ways to move forward when things feel difficult or you’re feeling stuck.
Together, we’ll explore how your brain works, what motivates and energises you, and how to build on the things that come naturally to you. Rather than trying to fit you into a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll find strategies and approaches that work with your brain, not against it.
ADHD can affect different areas of life in different ways. We can explore whatever is most relevant to you, including:
- Emotional regulation – understanding intense feelings, emotional reactions and what helps you navigate them.
- Procrastination and motivation – finding ways to get started, maintain momentum and follow tasks through.
- Focus and attention – discovering strategies and environments that help you concentrate.
- Time management and organisation – working with time, planning, prioritising and deadlines in ways that suit you.
- Career and purpose – exploring your strengths, finding direction and creating a more fulfilling working life.
- Relationships and communication – understanding social interactions, navigating misunderstandings and maintaining connections.
- Overthinking and anxiety – recognising unhelpful thought patterns and exploring ways to manage them.
You’re not lazy, unmotivated or broken. Sometimes, the strategies that seem to work for other people simply don’t work for your brain.
What Happens in a Coaching Session?
Sessions are virtual and last for 50 minutes.
Every session is shaped around you and what matters most to you.
We start with a win
We begin by looking at something that’s gone well. It might feel like a small thing, but recognising progress can be particularly powerful when you’re used to focusing on what feels difficult. It helps us notice what’s working, build confidence and reconnect with your strengths.
You choose what we focus on
Perhaps you want more focus, confidence or balance in your life. Maybe you’d like to experience less overwhelm, procrastination or difficulty managing intense emotions. Whatever is on your mind, we’ll start with what feels important to you.
We explore things together
As your thinking partner, I’ll ask questions to help you understand your experiences, recognise patterns and see things from a different perspective. We’ll explore what might be contributing to your challenges, identify the strengths you can draw on and consider where you’d like to go next. For example, if procrastination is something you struggle with, we might explore what makes a task difficult to start. Is it boredom, overwhelm, uncertainty, fear of getting it wrong or difficulty knowing where to begin? Understanding what’s happening can help you recognise your patterns and discover what might work better for you.
We find practical ways forward
Each session gives you the opportunity to leave with something useful, whether that’s a shift in perspective, a new strategy to try or a small experiment to see what works for you in everyday life. The aim is for you to feel clearer, more confident and better equipped to navigate challenges independently, both during coaching and long after our sessions have finished.
No obligation next step

This is real, compassionate support for busy people.
No judgement.
No perfection.
Just practical help, understanding, and a way forward.
Because the goal isn’t a perfect home – it’s a home, and a life, that feel calmer, clearer, and easier to live in.
Access to Work & ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching may be funded through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme.
Access to Work provides practical support to help people with ADHD manage the demands of work, including organisation, focus, routines, and overwhelm.
If coaching is agreed as part of your Access to Work support, sessions are usually funded directly, meaning there is little or no cost to you.
